Payment

  1. Cheque payment shall be payable to “ASPRI”.
  2. Cash payment shall be done latest before 10am on the 1st day of course start.
  3. SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) cannot be used for Withdrawal/Cancellation penalties. Applicant must bear the full course fee (refer to withdrawal policy).
  4. In any situation if ASPRI-IPI is unable to receive the SFC, applicant is liable to pay the outstanding course fee.

Withdrawal Policy

Any deferment, cancellation and replacement shall be informed 3 working days prior to course start date, otherwise, full fee will be charged upon for:

  • “No show/Absent” without valid Medical Certificate; 
  • and Late comer (30mins after course start)

Special Instruction

  1. Participant(s) MUST bring original identification documents (i.e. Work Permit, Passport or NRIC).
  2. No Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued unless separately requested by the company.

 

ASPRI-IPI reserves the right to, without subjecting to any indemnity or claims,

– revise the course fees without prior notice, reschedule, postpone or cancel classes as deemed necessary

– take photo and video during the course delivery for any marketing and promotion purpose

– reject and/or remove any participant due to unreasonable behavior during the course delivery.

Process Industry Framework

Overview

Singapore’s fast-growing process industry is fuelled by international investment in new projects and driven by increased demand across the region.

The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System for Process (Process WSQ) comprises key competencies and qualification pathways for sectors such as chemicals, engineering services, pharmaceuticals & biologics, and environmental technology.

These pathways cover all major occupations in the process industry from operational, supervisory, to managerial levels.

The WSQ programmes train you for the skills and competencies required for job roles in the following area:

  • Engineering Services
  • Chemicals
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Biologics
  • Environmental Technology

The WSQ Certifications are awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore, and recognised by Workforce Singapore and the industry.

 

 

The Workplace Safety and Health Professional (WSHP) WSQ Framework

Overview

The Workplace Safety and Health Professionals Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSH WSQ) framework is jointly developed by WDA and MOM, with support from the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC), in consultation with key stakeholders that comprise WSH Manpower, Skills and Training Council (MSTC), and representatives from industries, unions, and associations.

This framework is designed to develop a competent pool of WSH professionals who can assist employers to identify, anticipate, assess, evaluate, and manage workplace risks.

The WSH Professionals WSQ comprises four qualifications:

  • Certificate in WSH
  • Advanced Certificate in WSH
  • Specialist Diploma in WSH
  • Graduate Certificate in WSH

 

 

Occupational Hygiene

Overview

Jointly developed with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Workplace Safety & Health Council (WSHC), the key purpose of the Occupational Hygiene (OH) Professionals Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework is to support the National Workplace Health (WH) strategy, which aims to assist stakeholders in taking proactive measures to improve their management of WH hazards and raise WH standards. The OH Professionals WSQ Framework also aims to train and develop competent and motivated OH professionals who can assist employers, occupiers and other stakeholders in the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of WH risks at the workplace.

 

 

Generic Manufacturing

Overview

The manufacturing sector continues to be a vital part of Singapore’s economy. With advancements in technology and knowledge, the nature of the manufacturing sector in Singapore has evolved, providing new employment opportunities.

The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System for Generic Manufacturing Skills (GMS WSQ) is a national skills training system jointly developed by SSG and key stakeholders comprising employers, industry associations, unions from various manufacturing sectors, and government agencies.

The GMS WSQ framework offers a systematic training pathway that aims to equip the workforce with essential cross-cutting generic industry skills and knowledge at the operational, supervisory, and managerial levels. The framework enhances the competency of the manufacturing workforce, increases operational productivity, and raises professionalism in the industry.
