ASPRI-IPI, represented by Head of Institute Cai Hong Wei and Executive Director Wayne Yap, was honoured to participate in the inaugural Malaysian Energy Talent Summit 2025 on August 6 in Kuala Lumpur. The event, hosted by the Malaysian Oil & Gas Services Council (MOGSC), brought together key industry leaders to discuss empowering talent and unlocking a competitive, sustainable future for the energy sector.
As a follow-up to MOGSC’s visit to Singapore in 2024, our team was invited to share insights on how ASPRI and ASPRI-IPI have successfully developed a safer and more productive workforce for Singapore’s process industry. The summit provided a valuable platform for meaningful discussions on strategic talent development, human capital planning, and the integration of ESG, AI, and green economy principles into workforce strategies.
We are proud to have shared Singapore’s training framework with our Malaysian counterparts and their training providers, fostering connections that will pave the way for future collaborations.
