WSQ Initiate, Relay and Respond to Information in Plant / Work Site
Participants will have the knowledge and skills in initiating, relaying and responding to information in the plant / work site.

The total training duration is 9 hours.
(7 hours of lecture, case studies, role plays, and 2 hours 30mins of assessment)

WSQ Respond to Emergency Situation
This module enables participants to relate the appropriate response to emergency situations as well as the proper procedures to follow in order to save oneself from possible injury.

The total training duration is 14 hours.
(12 hours of lecture, case studies, role plays, and 2 hours of assessment)

Perform Basic Maintenance Works
This course specifies the skills and knowledge required by workers to carry out basic maintenance works in a process plant.

• Prepare for maintenance works
• Perform parts removal and replacement
• Reinstate work site

The total training duration is 24.5 hours.
(22 hours of lecture, case studies, role plays, and 2 hours 30 minutes of assessment).

Perform Fitting Works in Workshop
This course specifies the skills and knowledge required by workers to perform fitting works with hand tools and equipment in the workshop.

• Prepare for fitting work activities
• Perform fitting works with hand tools and equipment
• Maintain hand tools, equipment and work area

The total training duration is 24.5 hours.
(22 hours of lecture, case studies, role plays, and 2 hours 30mins of assessment)

Certification
On successful completion of each module, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) will be issued. The Certified Associate Operations Executive (AOE) certificate will be issued on completion of the 4 modules.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Participants should have :

• Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 4
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4
• Received safety training related to a process plant
