This course focuses on supervising manufacturing work for workplace safety and health, providing participants with the knowledge and skills to manage safety in the manufacturing industry. Learners will explore workplace safety and health legislation, the supervisor’s duties, and responsibilities within the industry. The course covers identifying hazards, evaluating risks, and applying risk management processes. Students will also learn to conduct safety inspections, implement safety training programs, and handle incident investigations in line with legal requirements. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
